Panthenol has water-binding properties, wheat proteins have a moisture-binding, smoothing and skin-firming effect. Caffeine has detoxifying properties. Also ideal for use as eye compresses.

Application
After cleansing your skin, put the LOTION on a cotton pad and gently rub it over your face. Then apply Belico care products on your still moist skin.
