Skin-renewing gel cream for demanding and/or impure skin

This light gel cream with 15% fat is nature's answer to synthetically produced retinol and helps against signs of skin ageing, acne and pigmentation spots. The complexion will be refined all around and gets a radiant colouring.

Sytenol®A is the first natural alternative to retinol. The active ingredient bakuchiol is obtained from the Indian babchi plant and has similar - and to some extent better - effects than synthetically produced retinol, without causing retinol’s typical side effects such as irritation of the skin and dry skin. Bakuchiol regenerates the whole skin.  Signs of skin ageing such as lack of firmness and elasticity are improved by stimulating collagen production and strengthening the entire extracellular matrix. Bakuchiol is also an antioxidant that primarily inhibits lipid peroxidation and protects the skin from the damage caused by UV radiation. Sytenol®A shows significant improvements in the area of acne diseases by reducing the number of comedones and inflammation. Reddening of the skin is reduced and the skin becomes soft and supple.

Epidermist 4.0 is a multifunctional active ingredient based on marine exopolysaccharides, which are obtained from planktonic micro-organisms. This active ingredient increases the number of proteins required for cell differentiation, which leads to a higher cell quality and thus to a stronger skin barrier and to a more active cell regeneration. The cell regeneration rate could double in just one week. Dead skin cells are removed simultaneously, so that no layer of horny cells forms are formed that are too thick, which makes the skin feel soft and has a positive effect on skin blemishes. In addition, the number of Porphyrin-forming bacteria, which cause acne, can be reduced; the skin's own immunity can be strengthened and inflammations can be prevented. The skin is cleansed pore-deep and is significantly rejuvenated.

By using an oil-soluble Vitamin C, a larger concentration of vitamin C could be used and at the same time, the oil-soluble vitamin C can penetrate the lipid layers of the skin better through its chemical structure (here a fatty acid compound was attached to the vitamin C molecule) and it can work right down to the depth This gives the skin a beautiful “glow”, pigmentation marks are reduced and the formation of new spots is prevented. A strong antioxidant effect sets in and collagen synthesis is stimulated.

Grape seed oil and jojoba oil contain, among other things, polyunsaturated fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega-6-fatty acids) linolenic acid (omega-3-fatty acids), stearic acid and palmitic acid, vitamin E and antioxidants. The oils are particularly suitable for caring for acne-prone skin, as they have an anti-inflammatory effect and reduce the seborrhoea. The skin’s barrier is strengthened and the skin receives natural UV protection, which has a positive effect on pigment spots. They also work synergistically with the oil-soluble vitamin C and intensify the antioxidant effect.

Thistle oil has a high proportion of linoleic acid and works synergistically with grape seed oil, increasing the anti-inflammatory effect. The fat-soluble vitamins A and K have a regulating effect on cell growth and soothe the redness.

Babassu oil is extracted from the Brazilian babassu palm. It contains a high proportion of lauric acid and therefore has strong anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

Argan oil is obtained from the fruits of the argan tree in Morocco and contains, among other things, unsaturated fatty acids, Vitamin E, phenolic acids, flavonoids and saponins. It has antimicrobial, non-comedogenic and anti-inflammatory effects. Thanks to the unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants, itching and redness can be reduced.

Natural sugar emulsifiers have a similar structure to the intercellular lipids in the stratum corneum. The skin barrier is strengthened and the skin moisture is increased through this.

Vitamin E has a healing and protective effect on the skin.

Suitable for
All skin types that require a little oiliness and improvement in the skin's appearance as regards anti-ageing and/or impurities/acne, pigment spots, acne tarda, pale and dull skin, skin with coarse pores, as men's care for the sophisticated man.

Applications
Apply to the skin daily in the morning and/or evening after cleansing, if necessary, after BASIC CARE. If you have dry skin, you can also use skin care that has more moisturiser in the evening, e.g.it can be done with SKIN REPAIR, or EFFECT – PHYTO RETINOL C+ can be applied as a serum under the actual skincare cream. To enhance the anti-ageing effect, combinations with peptides such as for example the CONCENTRATE I or the EFFECT – PEPTIDE AMINO BOOSTER can be used. CONCENTRATE VI can also be used for pigment spots. When treating impurities, a supplement with CONCENTRATE VII would make sense.
